The output from Pixels was top-notch. Unfortunately, the account management was a real letdown. I kept attempting to opt-out, but you had to remain subscribed for a while before you could pause the account -- and then out of nowhere, they charged me again. There’s no straightforward method to terminate your subscription. Even after sending several emails to customer support, they continued to bill me for subscriptions, even after I had deactivated my account. Super frustrating.

**UPDATE 10/12/22 -- A few folks from the company got in touch and finally managed to reverse that last charge. Fingers crossed this is the end of it. The customer experience director reached out and gathered my thoughts on the whole mess. The problem really lies in how the website operates. Their work is excellent, just what I was looking for, and they delivered it quickly.

I’m really not satisfied with how the cancellation went down. I wasn’t able to cancel the subscription directly from my account, so I had to reach out via email. Even after two rounds of emails asking to cancel, they still went ahead and charged me.

It's really effective for clipping, but that's where the positives end. There are a ton of bugs and a lot of back and forth that really mess with the workflow. Honestly, it's pretty pricey for what it offers.
